About the Presidency
The President of the People's State of San Andreas is the head of state and government of the People's State of San Andreas. The powers of the President are stated in Chapter III, Section 1 of the Constitution of the People's State of San Andreas.
The President is addressed as His/Her Excellency and resides on the President's desired residence, however, the capital city may not be moved.
Selection of a president
In order to become the President of the People's State of San Andreas, he/she must meet the following requirements:

- Had reached 13 years of age
- Resident of the People's State of San Andreas
Powers associated with the president
According to Chapter III, Section 1 of the Constitution, the President exercises the following powers:
- Releases proclamations
- Introduces laws and constitutional amendments to the People’s Assembly under the approval of the President of the Assembly
- Vetoes laws and amendments
- Appoints and removes members of the government and military
- Awards medals and titles
- Issues special pardons to prisoners
- Proclaims state of emergency
- Overrides the constitution if situation allows it
- Issues mobilization orders
